How much does it cost to rent a studio?

The photo and video studio starts at $85/hour. The podcast studio and music rehearsal rooms start at $50/hour. Band rooms can also be rented by the day, week, or month.
Every booking includes the equipment. Lights, softboxes, mics, props, backdrops. You don't rent them separately. You don't pay extra. It's all set up and ready when you walk in.

What if I don't know how to use studio equipment?

That's exactly why Marc, the owner, is on-site. He'll walk you through camera settings, lighting setups, and how to get the exact shot you're after. Free with every booking.

Do rentals come with a photographer?

No, but if you need one, visit our Find a Photographer page. Every photographer on that list is personally recommended by us and deeply familiar with our studio, lighting, and equipment.
If you're a photographer yourself but want to sharpen your studio skills, Marc is happy to assist during your session at no extra cost.

I'm coming from Killeen. Is it easy to find?

About 20 minutes from Killeen, right off Airport Road in Temple, TX. We're inside the office of Temple Star Storage at 1733 Airport Trail, Suite B.
Parking is right next to the front door. If you have more than 3 cars, we can open the security gate and accommodate up to 40 vehicles behind it. Get directions here.

How many people can the studio fit?

The photo and video studio comfortably fits 40 people. There's an additional $35/hr charge for groups larger than 15.
The band rehearsal rooms have plenty of space for a 5-piece band with all their gear. The podcast studio seats 2+ guests comfortably. We also have a 7 ft wide double door on the south side for loading large items or equipment.

What's your cancellation policy?

You can change or cancel your reservation with no charge up to 24 hours before your session by calling (254) 228-3474. No hoops, no fees, no hassle.
We also offer free rescheduling within 24 hours if something comes up. Your spot stays reserved until you're ready.

Can I do a boudoir shoot?

Yes. While the studio has security cameras, they can be shut off during your shoot for total privacy. A private dressing room with a vanity mirror and steamer is included with every booking.
We also have a wide selection of furniture and props that work well for boudoir. Browse the Props Catalog to plan your session.

Do you allow pets?

Yes! Just keep them supervised and on a leash so they don't damage any studio furniture. Bring cleaning supplies for any messes or hair.
If the studio isn't left in the condition you found it, a $150 cleaning fee applies. But we've never had to charge it. People who bring pets here love this space.

What's not allowed in the studio?

- No smoking, vaping, or drug use
- No glitter, fake snow, smoke bombs, aerosols, or fire
- No fully nude photography or explicit activity
- No taping, nailing, or hanging anything on walls or backdrops
- Don't walk on the curves of the cyclorama (damage charges apply)
- Use our light stands, not yours (if you need more than 4, just ask)
- If you bring it in, carry it out
